Charity Football Match For Who Cares? Scotland
RDF Consulting, the UK-wide software house with its regional development centre in Livingston, is pleased to announce a charity football match, to be held at Livingston FC’s Almondvale Stadium, between its own staff team and a team from Sky TV, who is the major employer in the town.
RDF is Livingston FC’s main sponsor and has been supported by the club in this event. RDF’s Programme Director, Keith Macdonald, said, “We have strong links to the local communities where we have a presence across the country. Here in Livingston we wanted to support Who Cares? Scotland in their work. Our staff have really taken up the challenge to make this event a success. The support we have received from both Sky and Livi has been tremendous and we are looking forward to the match.”
Livingston FC’s Chairman Angelo Massone was pleased to be able to support the event. He said, “Since we arrived in Livingston last summer, we have believed in the importance of developing links to the community. When RDF approached us to host this game, we were very happy to agree to the idea. We hope that all players and supporters will have fun and raise a lot of money for such a worthy charity.”
The game, to be held at Livingston’s Almondvale Stadium, will kick off at 5pm on Friday 22 May. Tickets, priced at just £5, are available from RDF on 01506 836200.
