Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

More and more organisations are adopting RPO solutions to assist their recruitment processes. RPO models allow clients to engage the expertise and market penetration of recruitment professionals whilst controlling the process, managing the candidate pipeline and ensuring compliance with HR policy.

RDF’s philosophy for RPO has been built on our experiences with some of the largest outsourcing projects in Europe. The foundations for success are threefold:

  • Establishment of strong, well-communicated processes, preferably built as a Quality Management System
  • World class communication between internal HR team, RDF consultants and hiring managers
  • Development and commitment to a shared vision, mission and clearly stated objectives for the RPO project

We use a number of subtly different versions of the basic RPO model according to the needs of the client and the requirements of the project. Our specialist team is tasked to meet with potential clients and capture their requirements, then to propose RPO solutions.

Campaign Recruitment

Where customers have multiple open positions we can execute campaign based recruitment. This means RDF plans and executes a campaign designed to fill all open jobs against an agreed timescale and budget.

These campaigns are joint ventures, with our client being involved up front developing the job specifications and the package offering. Once set the campaign is launched, candidates are screened and booked in for interviews on a concentrated schedule.

Headhunt and Search

In today's marketplace it can be difficult to recruit specific personnel with the appropriate skills. High calibre candidates are not always listed on job sites. Recruitment agencies using traditional methods can find it hard to deliver. RDF’s wide network of IT professionals coupled with our technical expertise allows us to deliver the best candidates to our clients.

As a delivery focused organisation, RDF will 'go fetch' named candidates or will track down industry professionals discretely and effectively.
