New Senior Staff Join Scottish Team

Keith says "I've joined RDF with the objective of enhancing RDF's reputation in the North and Scotland, with a view to growing the consultancy side of the business at the same time supporting the account managers with pre-sales activities. On a personal note RDF presents me with an opportunity to network with senior executives and help nurture a rapidly developing and ambitious company, using the programme management skills I developed over the past 10 years".

Kate Mairs has been appointed Senior Business Consultant and joins an already successful team who has established RDF as the preferred partner for IT services within Scotland. Kate has joined RDF to grow the business within new and existing accounts and promote RDF’s services to a wider audience.

Kate joins us from Search Consultancy where she was responsible for technical resourcing for a range of Blue Chip clients across the UK. She is experienced in both infrastructure and development markets and has a keen appreciation of the evolving nature of IT. Prior to this Kate worked in an IT Sales capacity covering offshoring, service provision, product specific sales and consultancy.

Kate commented "To join RDF at this time of the company’s development is a great opportunity for me and I look forward to working with the team that has delivered such success in recent years. I believe I can add a new dimension to the Group and that will benefit both clients and RDF."
