New Non-Executive Director Appointed
The Board of RDF Group plc (AIM: RFG), the IT services company, with offices in Brighton, Bristol, Edinburgh and London, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sir Richard Kleinwort, Bt., DL, as a non-executive director.
Sir Richard has led the Richard Kleinwort Consultancy Group since 2000 and was formerly a founding partner and director of Cardew and Co Ltd, the leading City PR company. Prior to this, he spent most of the 1980’s in the Banking sector, with Kleinwort Benson and the Deutsche Bank. Extra mural positions include being an Ambassador of both WWF-UK and the Prince’s Trust.
