We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to work closely with the Chairman of the Company on high-end project related activities and also with responsibility for the general management of the building and the welfare and safety of all staff. 

Experience Required: 

• Experience of working with Director level staff 
• Ability to take accurate notes and following up on actions at Board level 
• Accuracy and attention to detail at all times 
• Methodical and thorough with a mature attitude towards work 

The successful Candidate will have a flexible approach to work as this is effectively a dual role.
