RDF presents Mendix at Business Analysis Conference London 2009

Leading software house RDF Consulting will be guest speaker at the Business Analysis Conference in London on 29 and 30 September 2009. Principal Consultant Franco Civello will be talking about Model Driven Development (MDD), the way it significantly reduces software costs and how all design decisions can be made and enforced at the Business Analysis level.  One of only 3 tools recently rated by leading industry research group Gartner as ‘cool’, Mendix will be presented as a realistic new tool for the majority of the application development projects.

This June saw the second of RDF’s successful Model Driven Development (MDD) events in London with nearly 50 Senior Business Leaders and Heads of IT from leading Financial Services companies and some of London’s premier Insurance companies. Model Driven Development is an approach that gives organisations the power to get more from less, enjoy closer alignment between IT and the Business – driving up quality, and to significantly reduce IT development spend through rapid delivery. The Mendix platform used for MDD allows custom development of applications up to 75% quicker compared with traditional software development methods giving an alternative to off shoring, purchasing expensive packaged software and high risk, high cost, in house bespoke development.
